How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase , you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a credit note. Items returned must be unused and in resaleable condition.
If there is a fault we will send out either a replacement, credit note or a refund as you the customer will have the choice once we have recived the item to see the fault.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
- Personalised items may only be returned if they are not as described or faulty .
